Envoyer Not Pushing Every Time

I have recently updated to PHP 7.4/Laravel 6 from PHP 7.2/Laravel 5.5 and noticed that my Envoyer pushes are not always reflected in the server right away despite Finishing with no errors. I do not have OPCache setup (I also use Forge) so not sure what could cause this. The changes are reflected immediately when I push again even if it's non-effective changes (like adding spaces). Is there a deployment hook or something I need to be adding to Envoyer?
