SSH permission error when running NPM run watch

Hello, I have this SSH server that is connected to GitHub, and I made some changes to the vue code when I run npm run to watch it returns the error permission denied, I've changed the bundle permission to 644 didn't work and 755 Also didn't work always return the same error permission denied, used sudo npm run watch didn't help also tried to run npm run prod also didn't work and it's all return the same problem bundle/js/agent.js permission denied other times dashboard.js other times other files, I've tried everything in my mind but nothing worked
