Not done much with vue yet so could be well off base here but have you tried clearing the cache?
Also are you able to post some code to of the image url you're calling in your view file? or is it in your CSS?

New images can't be found in assets folder, I am using sass and mix
Hello, I am stuck with this problem. I can't seem to see new photos in my project on localhost in resources/assets folder. I not familiar with sass and mix. I can reach photos that have been in this project and I can see photos that I added in storage public directory. I am at lost.
