Laravel cloud

I've recently built a site and wanted to try Larave cloud. Everything works fine apart from crawling the site. I'm unable to setup anything related to google search console things due to it getting a 403 error. This isn't coming from my application as i don't get anything logged, it seems to be erroring on cloudflare.

I've done the usual things and checked robots, etc. Is there anything on laravel cloud that allows me to configure cloudflare to allow crawling? This is on the basic tier.
