I use UIKit (can work directly with Laravel) and Element-Plus (only for VueJS or other JS frameworks) which are responsive frameworks, you have very few to do to have your application really mobile first, but they are not specific for mobile dev.

Mobile first frontend framework
Hello,
Do you know any soft frontend frameworks (like bootstrap, tailwind, etc.), that would be mobile specific, with native mobile components?
Because with the PWA improving, I think it's interesting to think about reversing the "responsive website" logic to create a "mobile first" design, but that is accessible on computer.
Like Tinder or Tiktok do. (For 90% mobile / 10% computer).
And without having to learn technologies like react, vuejs or ionic...

@mallaury if you just use a plain select on a mobile phone in a browser, you should get the one on the right. What you are after is plain html
