Laravel Based HMIS

Hello All,

I have written a proposal for the development of a Health Management Information System that will run in our hospital once completed, with possible integrations to all laboratory machines and imaging.

Advice how capable Laravel can be so that it is not personal ideas for something that might not work.

The specific technologies we intend to use include:

1. Backend: Laravel 13 (LTS) - to leverage our internal mastery, a secure ORM, and a robust ecosystem.
2. RESTful + GraphQL for APIs to support FHIR R4 standards for seamless data exchange.
3. TensorFlow & other Python-based technologies for model training and AI.
4. Frontend: Vue.js3+TailwindCSS - to ensure a responsive, modern UI with high performance and rapid development capabilities.
5. MS SQL - Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2022 as the database engine.
