@pl-asander Hi. Just as I write this message Inertia is updated to version 1.0.0, simplifying the installation into a single library. Also as you say, when installing Laravel it includes Vite instead of Webpack. This is what I did to achieve the same as in the video but with the new configuration.

app.blade.php

To configure the client-side with the new version of Inertia, we simply run the command like this:

npm install @inertiajs/vue3
npm install vue@next

In the new versions of Vue3 we no longer need to install the @vue/compiler-sfc dependency, instead we install @vitejs/plugin-vue to configure our Vite file like this:

npm install @vitejs/plugin-vue

Configure our vite.config.js

And remember to run npm run dev first, then php artisan serve to see the change.
