Maybe someone will find this useful, so here are the files I needed to add/edit to get it running (with the help of looking at MarcoPolo9's and FreelandKate's comments): first run this command in terminal to bring in the authentication/registration (covered earlier in the course):

composer require laravel-ui —dev

then run:
