Some time ago, I finished beginner laracast courses and came back to this course for "core concepts" and "intermediate Laravel" sections.

I see big demand in some beginner level laravel projects. Doing small projects with a language and framework is the only thing that gives understanding and knowledge that sticks. Period.

Get enough knowledge to be able to do beginner projects. Then come back to learn how things work under the hood.

No matter how much I wanted to understand those core concept topics, I always failed. I turned away and to finish some udemy laravel courses and read one big laravel project. Having done those small projects, these things are finally starting to make common sense.

So two things here:

Trying to understand those core concepts when you are just starting with laravel is of very very little use.
Jeffrey needs to create more beginner level laravel projects.

Jeffrey Way may not have time to do little beginner level projects. Fair enough. He can proceed with explaing difficult to understand concepts which is what he is good at after all. For beginner level projects, he can either delegete or give links to the courses of other people. Project course authors should not necessarily be master teachers. They should create little pojects with laravel. It should be codealong course. This would be fantastic follow up after laravel basics course.
