1: By using queue. Let's take an example of 1M users are on laracasts and we have to send a email that your video of 30daysLearLaravel updated to all the users in our database users table. Every email is taking to deliver an email within 1 or 2 sec and for 1M users to receive the email notification every user will get email notification 1 or 1 sec lately but our last user will be able to notifiy with out email approximately after 11 days and some hour.... Assume if on our jobs project I have to send the email to the users that a new job is posted and email will receive to the user same as laracasts user and many will be unable yo apply because either the job seekers has send 100 applications earlier or anything else but in this order the First user come first Serve ? What to do avoid this problem

For example:
