@aamirkhan123 Factories and seeders in Laravel serve different purposes but work together to populate your database with data.

Factories are used to generate data for a single row in a database table. They define a pattern for creating a single model or a single row in a database table. For example, in our EmployerFactory, it's defining how to create a single employer with a name attribute.

Seeders, on the other hand, are used to populate the database with data by using factories. They can be used to create multiple records of each model. Seeders can call factories to generate data, and then insert that data into the database.

For example, seeder for employers might look like this (probably coming later in the series):
