Just a small side note worth mentioning about what's going on at 02:36.

If you select the "Do not ask again" option and then click "Add", you will actually instruct PhpStorm to start automatically tracking the current file as well as every other new file added to the project from that point onward, without ever asking you again.

This is something that you usually want to avoid, because enabling this option has a tendency to commit files which were never meant to end up in version control.

Therefore, what you most likely want to do at this point is click the "Cancel" button instead.

I understand that this was just a slip-up, but I've seen too many people starting out with PhpStorm, ending with PhpStorm silently adding everything to version control, without them ever knowing or at least noticing it.
