Hello @arpitjain The multi-level user is quite easy to implement (I think), I adapted the blog written in the Laravel 8 from scratch series like this:

basic level user: can only comment on posts
blogger : you can write posts
admin : you can write posts, edit blogger(s) posts, give or take away user rights

In the case of a forgotten password, you can simply use the PHPMailer class to communicate with the user: you need to send an email with a new code, rewrite the password in the database, and then when you log in, you will be redirected to the profile page and told to change your password. At least that's how I solved it years ago, in 2009, although the mail() function could still be used for this :)
