@martinbean That's a very large instance. Smaller instances are cheaper.

Thank you Mohamed for this excellent course. I learnt a lot.
However I followed setting up an Aurora database and incurred charges of US$90 (AUD$130) in only 2 and a half days. I don't understand how a database could be so expensive particularly as it had no data in it. So be careful. Could I rcommend that you demonstrate how to set up a free database in the video.

Don't forget to terminate your ec2 instances otherwise you will be incurring some cost!
