Man alive, I wish it was this easy. Every time I try to do anything with Statamic, I end up with walls of text, failed or errored because of missing dependencies that refuse to install easily. I've been fighting to get Statamic installed and viable on any of 3 different systems for over a year.

I even tried following this course and I've hit another confusing wall where I have a dependency with a specific requirement. I modify the composer.json, I run Composer Update, I tried deleting composer.lock and the Vendor folder, running composer update again, and wouldn't ya know it, it still doesn't hecking work.

I can't even manage to get Valet installed because of a handful of odd errors that don't really make any sense to me anymore.

I'm perplexed as to how such a well developed framework gives me so many issues getting a ground zero install done.

I've had to resort to using Wordpress just to get my sites up and running again until I can figure some of this chaos out.
