@ahmed-the-great You can read more about cache lock in laravel documentation and LockTimeoutException as Timeout exception https://laravel.com/docs/9.x/cache#managing-locks. Cache::lock and block we need, for example, if we have to use function only one time in one process. Try it code in laravel:

Route::get('/one', function () {
    Cache::lock('foo')->block(5, function () {
        sleep(5);
        dump('block');
    });

    dd('done');
});

Route::get('/two', function () {
    Cache::lock('foo')->block(5, function () {
        dump('block');
    });

    dd('done');
});

First, open /one url in browser, then /two, try to change sleep(5) on different times: sleep(2), sleep(7) and etc.

If will be Exception in /one route, in /two the callback will be executed immediately without waiting, so the lock get released. (You can throw Exception and watch what happens )
