The new location of the stacked layout application UI components from tailwind is: tailwindcss.com/plus/ui-blocks/application-ui/application-shells/stacked

Looks like tailwindui.com was absorbed into tailwindcss.com in the last year and now lives under tailwindcss.com/plus

You have to click UI-Blocks instead of Components now too.

Leaving this hear so the next person doesn't have to take as long to figure this out as I did.
