So, i'm running Laravel 8, and i've followed this and the docs to the letter.

My command is simple:

    public function handle()
    {
        \Notification::route('mail', 'my@email.co.uk')->notify( new AppHeartbeat() );
    }

When I run my command wellbeing:heartbeat, locally and on production - I get the expected notification.

I run php artisan schedule:list, I see my wellbeing:heartbeat command scheduled, but nothing.

My Kernel file:

Any ideas? I've lot way too many nights sleep over this already haha.
