1 What is the name convention to declare enum cases ?

UPPER_SNAKE_CASE (like const variable - my preferred option )

enum Suit {
  case HEARTS;
  case CLUBES;
}

PascalCase - (as used at PHP.NET)

enum Suit {
  case Hearts;
  case Clubs;
}

2 what do you recommend about the name of the enum himself?

for "clean code" should we add the words like 'status', 'types' at the end of the enum like

enum UserStatus {
  case ACTIVE;
  case DISACTIVE;
}

UserStatus::ACTIVE
