Imagine we have the following data:

let data = {
    name: "Liam",
    age: 24,
}

We may want to have an expression that uses this data in a more robust way, perhaps parsing the expression instead of just displaying a single property.

<div x-text="`${name} is ${age} years old`"></div>

(Not the best example, but you get the gist of it... you might want something more complex)

Using the with statement will allow this to be parsed successfully and use multiple of the properties with them in scope at once. Assuming the x-text property will ONLY reference a single property would not allow this kind of behaviour.
