For example, DECIMAL(10, 2) can represent numbers up to 10 digits long, with 2 digits after the decimal point, which is suitable for most monetary values.

INTEGER Types: Sometimes, money can be stored as an integer type, representing the smallest unit of currency (like cents for USD). For example, $100.00 could be stored as 10000 cents. This avoids floating-point arithmetic issues but requires conversion when displaying the values or performing calculations.
