Hi, thanks for this in-depth tutorial on islands. I noticed two issues that occur in this scenario and I would like to know how you would tackle them:

First, whenever you select a different time period, the metrics island is refreshed, yes, but as it takes somewhat a long time, there should be a loading indicator somewhere, maybe the placeholder for this island should appear? When you hit the refresh button next to the metrics, the button has its own loading indicator which tells the user something is happening, whereas time period selector does not tell the user something is cooking in the background. Wouldn’t it be easier for islands to show their placeholder from the moment re-render starts?
Second, if you’re on the third posts page for example, meaning the 15 top posts are displayed in the table, what would happen if the user decides to refresh the page from the browser’s refresh button, not from a UI refresh button? I’m guessing there would only be 5 posts showed in the page and they would be the ones from page 3, not page 1, right? How would you address that issue?
