Stuff like user separation/multiple php-fpm pools ect? I'm not really sure what to ask for as I'd like to learn more about the subject itself. I'm basing this on the thinking that multiple small websites can/should be grouped on a single server instead of managing multiple servers.
I'm asking as it seems to be the opposite direction of what some chapters in the book is about (from the titles), which is scaling upwards having multiple servers for one website.
