@DerekCaswell Great question! Look for the things you can change that are within your reach. You may not control benefits, but you may be allowed to take a role in approving time off, or going to bat for a developer when they ask for an exception to a policy that's difficult for them, or when they go up for a raise.

Even if you can't make every change I mention here, you still have the chance to advocate for the team and build a safe and healthy space around them!
