Started a new Conversation Parameter To ShowRegistrationForm

Hi, I need to pass a parameter for showRegistrationForm.

I override a RegisterController by adding this method in Http/Controllers/Auth/RegisterController.php

    /**
     * Show the application registration form.
     *
     * @return \Illuminate\View\View
     */
    public function showRegistrationForm($id)
    {
        return view('auth.register', ['plan' => $id]);

    }

In routes added this: Route::get('/register/{id}', 'Auth\[email protected]')->name('register');

Laravel say this when try http://myapp/register/1:

Illuminate\Routing\Exceptions\UrlGenerationException Missing required parameters for [Route: register] [URI: register/{id}]. (View: /var/www/html/resources/views/auth/register.blade.php)

Started a new Conversation Many To Many Contains

Hi, I have a relation many to many and need to know through the emission id if in the file table (many to many) the word "wait" exists in status from table files. I just need to know if there is a row with that property.

Table Draft (drafts)

  • id
  • emission_id
  • user_id

Table Files (files)

  • id
  • team_id
  • name
  • status

Table Pivote "draft_file"

  • id
  • draft_id
  • file_id

Started a new Conversation Relationship With Table Pivot

Hi I have a table called Publish, this table has N to M relationship with files.

I need to get the entire Publish relationship with files.

Tried with this but it didn't work.

       $contents = Publish::select('name', 'time_to_air', 'position')
           ->where('emission_id', $request->emission->id)->with('files')
            ->orderBy('position', 'ASC')
            ->get();

Any idea?

Replied to Copy Table With Pivote

Hi @marianomoreyra

The reason is because all fields can be modified and these should not be reflected in the published view.

Started a new Conversation Copy Table With Pivote

I have a table called Draft that has products, at a given moment the user is going to publish them at that moment I need to copy all those records and they must be copied to the table called Publish.

So far it works for me the problem that I found is that it does not copy the data from the pivot table since the products have a relationship from N to M with files.

I solved it in the following way but I don't like it because after saving I have to be looking for the id of the published product to assign the files in its pivot table.

This is my code, any help is welcome.

    public function sync($id)
    {

        $drafts = Draft::where('emission_id', $id)->with('files')->get();

	    foreach ($drafts as $draft) {

            $publish = $draft->replicate()->setTable('publishes');
            $publish->save();

            $relationship = Publish::find($publish->id);

            $files = $draft->files()->get();

            foreach ($files as $file) {
                $relationship->files()->attach($file->id);
                $relationship->save();
            }
        }
}
