Started a new Conversation Get Data Based On Time Mongo DB

Hi, i want to get the data from mongo DB, where a column contains date object, WhereDate is not working with mongo DB (Laravel). Any alternative way to query Date column from DB. Bellow is the object from my table,i want Date column to be compared with time. Date contains date in milliseconds. How can i achieve this?

"_id" => ObjectId {#1107 ▶}
"Date" => UTCDateTime {#1111 ▼
  +"milliseconds": "1591399800000"
}
"seq" => "0,0,0"
"nextseq" => "S45506,56674458,2863561"

DB::table('table_name')->where('Date','1591399800000')->first();
