No, its an either or scenario, we actually ended up dumping spark as it created more issues that it was worth, it ended up being much nicer to code it ourselves.

adoptavia left a reply on Bill Owner Per User Only

Hi it was a bit of a nightmare to be honest! We ended up using the Team functionality - so the User became the team, then they were charged per team, we then added in levels for workspaces and according to the plan they had a limited number of workspaces. To be honest in retrospect i would question Spark a little in this, its great if you dont want to modify their processes, but it becomes a pain the minute you do.

adoptavia started a new conversation Bill Owner Per User Only

Hi All, I want to set up billing in Laravel Spark which is a little different than the way it works. Basically I want the plans to be chargeable to the owner. So Plan 1 (Free) Max Number of Users 1 Max number of Teams 1

Start Up Max Number of User 5 Max Number of Teams Unlimited

Pro Max Number of Users 10 Max Number of Teams Unlimited

I want the Owner of the account to be charged per user - so if there is 10 users 1 or more of those users could belong to one or more teams (but the owner would only be charged per user on the account - not number of users per team. So example Owner has 4 Users (a,b,c,d) and Two Teams (Team 1, Team 2) User a,b are part of Team 1, users abcd part of Team 2 but Owner only gets charged for the 4 the 4 users - not on users per team basis. does anyone have an idea to do this? Thanks!!

adoptavia left a reply on Pre-populate Registration Field With Value

@REALRANDYALLEN - no issues thanks for your help though its pointed me in right direction!

adoptavia left a reply on Pre-populate Registration Field With Value

@REALRANDYALLEN - My head just exploded :) (not great at vue - sorry!) I do get the general gist and was just looking at props to pass the values and hunting to find where to put it in spark, how would the axios call work in Laravel Spark world? (I do like spark but gosh i wish vue wasnt in it!)

adoptavia left a reply on Pre-populate Registration Field With Value

@REALRANDYALLEN - On the Login controller $userSocial is the array, name and email are the values i am pulling from the array and passing to the view

adoptavia left a reply on Pre-populate Registration Field With Value

@REALRANDYALLEN - Hi! I tried that but its not populating the value I dumped the array and the value is there but its not appearing on the spark registration patge

adoptavia started a new conversation Pre-populate Registration Field With Value

Hi I am using this to return the registration view

return view('vendor.spark.auth.register',['name' => $userSocial->getName(), 'email' => $userSocial->getEmail()]);

I tried adding value="{{name"}} to the form input on the registration form, but it doesnt prepopulate the firm field with the name value

Any suggestions?

adoptavia left a reply on Redirecting Back To Google In Loop - Socialite

Ok i figured this error - i had to do an update if the user exists rather than create! Woops

adoptavia started a new conversation Redirecting Back To Google In Loop - Socialite

I used this article to do google login with my laravel app https://hdtuto.com/article/laravel-56-login-with-google-with-socialite If the user is not registered the google auth works perfect - creates user and logs them in. The issue hits if user is registered in laravel with an email address, then it seems to just redirect back to the google login page - any clues? If it matters I am using laravel 5.7 & Spark

adoptavia left a reply on Authentication Of Google Extension Via Google/laravel

The authentication i mean is for an external application - so just authenticating with laravel spark (is subscription valid) then the generating a token (the bit i need a tutorial on) in order to remain logged in to the chrome extension

adoptavia left a reply on Authentication Of Google Extension Via Google/laravel

Hi yes i had a look at them, and i think i get the concept with Google Auth. Its more to do with the laravel authentication part though. Really a sort of tutorial how to post data to laravel app itself and how to do the token bit (i sort of know the concept but its pratical code from the external application side i am looking for)

adoptavia started a new conversation Authentication Of Google Extension Via Google/laravel

please excuse my ignorance here! Can someone point me in the right direction to a tutorial or walk through that shows how to create a login via email password on an external application (in my case a google extension) that authenticates the user via laravel. I would also like the option to authenticate users using Google. I know the sort of theory just looking for a sample/tutorial (socialite is an option if i can get it to work with laravel spark!) Thanks for any pointers!

adoptavia started a new conversation Using Laravel Spark With Backpack

I would like to pull some form views (setting teams etc) into Laravel backpack, rather than the Spark admin (not a fan of the look and feel), is this possible? Any pointers please! Thanks
