Raido left a reply on Laravel 5.5 Disable Auto Login After Registration

I get ''' exception : "ReflectionException" file : "/home/vagrant/code/ldb/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Routing/RouteSignatureParameters.php" line : 25 message : "Class App\Http\Controllers\Auth\Request does not exist" '''

Sorry to ask but... Are you sure that your suggestion applies to 5.5 not 5.4?

Hi,

I cannot figure out where to disable the automatic login after registration feature and it seams that prior methods do not apply to L 5.5 or.

Raido left a reply on How To Combine Arrays In Vue?

Strange thing, I have to learn how to post code here. html is cut away and as you can see - there are backticks but they don't seem to work as expected in my code blocks.

I have a link to fiddle https://jsfiddle.net/jxpkadpg/2/

Raido started a new conversation How To Combine Arrays In Vue?

I am learning and my mission is to create reusable table component.

Two arrays-> One fetching data from table and another receiving column names and table fields. But I am faced with question - is there a way to combine it in Vue so that I could have something like {{tablevalue.theader.columnname}}...

All comments and explanations how to improve code and have a field with a desired value are appreciated.

My html

'''

something

''' My Vue component '''

{{theader.columnname}} ????

export default{

props: {tablename:''},

data() {

        return {
            tableRequested:[],
            tableContent:[],

    };

},

created(){
    this.tableRequested = this.$children;
    this.getContent();

},

mounted() {

},

methods: {

    getContent: function(){
        axios.get('api/'+this.tablename)
        .then(response => this.tableContent = response.data);
    },

},

computed: {

},

}

'''

and child component

'''

export default{

props:{
    columnname:'',
    retrievefield:'',

},

data() {

    return{

    };
},

mounted() {

     console.log(this.$children)

},

methods: {

},

computed: {

},

}

Raido left a reply on Statement With Non-compound Name 'Request' Has No Effect

Such a logical thing to do.... I found the error in one of the controller functions. Shame on me and thank you @Snapey!

Raido left a reply on Statement With Non-compound Name 'Request' Has No Effect

Request is common to almost all created classes... guess I have to start commenting out and see where it hits the nerve... Thank you, @tomi for the link. Do you know is there a way to see were exactly error is generated? Terminal in a way is a black box ;)

Raido started a new conversation Statement With Non-compound Name 'Request' Has No Effect

I get this error ''' The use statement with non-compound name 'Request' has no effect''' when I run php artisan command. It worked few days ago. But I have touched several classes and controllers etc. So I am a bit lost were to look exactly for the cause.

Suggestions are highly welcomed!

Raido started a new conversation How To Check Does Value Exists In Array With Vue?

I have little brain teaser/freezer. I have following structure in Vue ''' data:{ country-name:'', countries: { id:'', country_name:'', }, countries:[], } ''' country_name has binding with v-model text input and should be compared with array to check is the value already entered. I understand that I should use somekind of custom filter in Vue but I have not figured out how. Can anyone provide a solution?

Raido left a reply on Passing Data From Vue.js Request To Laravel 5.3 Form

@bashy Collection map worked perfectly, you will be mentioned whenever I talk about this learning period :)

Also for those who are interested I found a good article https://adamwathan.me/2016/07/14/customizing-keys-when-mapping-collections/

Raido left a reply on Passing Data From Vue.js Request To Laravel 5.3 Form

Thank you! Can you also hint how to populate the array in such format?

Raido started a new conversation Passing Data From Vue.js Request To Laravel 5.3 Form

I have two tables: Countries and Cities. Idea is to show the second dropdown when User has selected country and fill it with cities that correspond to selected country.

Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to pass retrieved values to form. Not enough coffee or sleep I guess :)

Values retrieved are below the country with id 21 is Norway :)

Selected { "country": "21", "CountrySelected": true, "cities": { "6": "Oslo", "11": "Lillehammer" } } ''' // My app.js

const app = new Vue({

el: '#events',

data: { country:'', CountrySelected: false, cities:[], },

methods: {

    WhenCountryHasBeenSelected: function(event) {
        this.getCities();
        this.CountrySelected= true;
    },

    getCities: function(){
        this.$http.get('api/cities/'+this.country).then(function (response) {
  this.cities = response.data;
  });

} },

}) ''' //My api.php routes ''' Route::get('/cities/{country_id}', function (Request $request, $country_id) {

$cities=App\City::where('country_id', $country_id)->get()->pluck('name','id');

return $cities; }); '''

//My blade file ''' @extends('layouts.app')

@section('content')

Select cities by country
            <div class="panel-body">

                {!! Form::open() !!}
