If you don't want multiple records, why are you using a many to many relationship to begin with? :)

Are you talking about flash massages or form validation itself? Are you using Jeffrey's packages? It doesn't look like you are using any of those packages (and it's not a bad thing, considering you want to learn, it's always better to do everything from scratch) :)

You should probably take a look at this: https://github.com/Flynsarmy/laravel-db-blade-compiler

Haven't tried anything like that myself :)

Oh, right, got it. Unfortunately, I don't think there's an equivalent for that in SASS, but I haven't used it all that much lately so I might be missing something :)

I'm not sure if you're talking about full partials or just mixins, but still... you can take a look at http://sass-lang.com/guide and you'll see that both are possible and easy to do :)

For Mixins:

@mixin border-radius($radius) {
          border-radius: $radius;
}

.box { @include border-radius(10px); }

For Partials, create a partials called, for example _navbar.scss:

@import 'navbar';

PS: notice tha lack of "_" in the import :)

Never got my hands on the SASS version of Bootstrap tho, so I can't help you on that directly :)

Yeah, it is definitely using the "local" config file.

You should try running php artisan env, if the current environment is "local", the config files placed in the "local" folder will overwrite the production ones (in app/config/).
