These rebuilds are meant for people who already have a good understanding of CSS/flexbox and have some experience with tailwind. I believe there's a flexbox series here on Laracasts. The Tailwind crew has a good video series on their documentation page.

After that, I recommend building small isolated components. Cards, alerts, navbars, etc. Tailwind just released a playground which is great to build stuff in: https://play.tailwindcss.com

When you're comfortable with that, try building layouts of entire webpages. For example, sidebar on left, sidebar on right, two sidebars, etc. After that, then you can revisit these rebuilds where you can combine all of your knowledge and rebuild entire pages.
