Act like SPA

Hello everyone I am using Laravel 10 and Livewire 3. I am trying to use wire:navigate for SPA app. How ever I can't do this. I add wire:navigate for my <a> tag and use Route::get('resume', Resume::class); however it not work. I checked h official doc nothing change
