It depends on how you're managing the queue. Are they in your database? If so, you could look at the queue table. Using Beanstalkd? There's command line and browser based tools that let you monitor the beanstalk queues...

How can I see the list of queued jobs on Laravel?
I would like I see the list of queued jobs on Laravel. How can I do that?

You would need to run the php artisan queue:listen in the terminal:

You can get a list of your scheduled jobs using:
php artisan schedule:list
