how to Nuxt 2.4 & PM2: Zero Downtime Deployment ???

and i whant to do that with my nuxt app but my nuxt app version in 2.4 and i didnt have the folder "./node_modules/nuxt/bin/nuxt-start" from this artical

how i fix that? and do a Zero Downtime Deployment at nuxt and PM2
