Laravel-excel maatwebsite not downloading pdf (Laravel 8)

I used laravel-excel in generating excel files. However when I tried it to export in PDF, the dompdf temp file just stored in the public/storage/laravel-excel folder of the project but downloads nothing. Please help. Thanks!
