Laravel DomPDF storage/app/folder/file permission denied

Hi there, i need a help. Maybe someone know why https://github.com/barryvdh/laravel-dompdf is not working when im trying to load the filde from storage/app folder? I'm getting the permission denied all the time. I also tried to use that setOptions method with chroot path, but still not working. Thanks in advance :)
