Laravel 5.3 - Error with "npm install laravel-elixir"

When i install a fresh Laravel Project and make all what is read on Laravel Page "https://laravel.com/docs/5.3/elixir" its my error every time on laravel-elixir.

When i try with gulp then came the failure
