Sending payment?

I work with freelance developers and designers and pay them with check on a monthly or per project basis. I'm trying to see if I can automate that process through building an app with Laravel. However, all the Stripe or payment-related Laravel tutorials and packages I've seen so far are for receiving payment - I haven't seen anything for sending payment to other users. I'm curious if anyone has worked with sending payment, preferably via ACH. I'd like the users to set up their banking information on our website so we can pay them via ACH.
