Prevent SASS and LESS from overwriting each other?

Posted 3 years ago by mikebronner

I am (admittedly just now, wonder what took me so long) embracing Elixir :). Running into a situation where I am compiling both SASS and LESS at the same time, and was wondering how to prevent them from overwriting each other. For example, here the LESS output overwrites the SASS output:

elixir(function(mix) {
    mix.sass('app.scss',
        'public/css/', {
            includePaths: [
                paths.bootstrap + 'stylesheets',
                paths.fontawesome + 'scss'
            ]
        })
        .less('app.less',
            'public/css/', {
            paths: [
                paths.bootstrap_select + 'less'
            ]
        })
        .coffee('app.coffee');

It's probably something insanely easy :)
