I know windows is not the best platform to make things work, and I am having issue with it, but this is what I have now. I am not able to make work NPM install on a fully new installiation on laravel (olders are not working either)

For me it seems this ip is not really a cooperative one: 126.96.36.199:443 Any help would be awsome
