Awarded Best Reply on Password Reset Email

@tisuchi The error give to me is:

Connection could not be established with host smtp.gmail.com :stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://smtp.gmail.com:465 (Connection timed out)

I finally found someone that said that it needed to be tls encryption and port 587. And it actually does work.

But I will follow your suggestion regarding using mailgun.

I also tried with a gmail account that doesn't have 2 factor authentication and it's also not working. Many people also having the same problem with gmail. And I can't find any solution.

In my local machine I've managed to sucessfully send a password reset email using Gmai.

In my server the token is generated but the email is never sent and I get a 500 | Error in my web page.

The configuration I'm using in my .env file is exactly the same in both of them:

MAIL_MAILER=smtp

MAIL_HOST=smtp.gmail.com

MAIL_PORT=465

[email protected]

MAIL_PASSWORD=generatedpasswordfromgoogleacount

MAIL_ENCRYPTION=ssl

[email protected]

MAIL_FROM_NAME="Name"

Am I doing something wrong?

Started a new Conversation Uploaded Laravel Project To Cpanel And Get A Blank Page And /public On The Url

Like I said on the title i uploaded my laravel project (that works fine on my local machine) to a subdomain test.mydomain.org. Without creating an .htaccess file I had a 503 error. So I created it and used the code bellow. I get now a blank screen and my url goes to test.mydomain.org/public.

My server has php 7.3
