Replied to RefreshDatabase Don't Clear Seeder

The seeder execute another command, this command create a default user and some things of my system.

class DatabaseSeeder extends Seeder
{
    /**
     * Seed the application's database.
     *
     * @return void
     * @throws \RuntimeException
     */
    public function run(): void
    {
        if (App::runningUnitTests()) {
            Artisan::call('recave:cli --install');

            // factory(Company::class)->make();
        }
    }
}

I have 2 test, this is one, the other is similar but with another data for login

use DatabaseSeeder;
use Illuminate\Foundation\Testing\RefreshDatabase;
use Tests\TestCase;

class LoginControllerTest extends TestCase
{
    use RefreshDatabase;

    /**
     * @test
     */
    public function the_controller_works(): void
    {
        $this->seed(DatabaseSeeder::class);

        $loginRequest = $this->post('v1/auth/login', [
            'username' => 'default',
            'password' => 'defaultpasswordaswd',
        ]);

        $loginRequest->assertOk();
    }
}

Need truncate the tables in my seed? Or RefreshDatabase clean all data? Because with DatabaseMigrations work perfect

Yes, I referrer to testing. The trait RefreshDatabase..

That is because this post have the testing tag.

Started a new Conversation RefreshDatabase Don't Clear Seeder

I have a seeder and one command, the command fill the data and the seeder execute the command.

RefreshDatabase don't clear the data in all tests, this generate a error with duplicate index.

Need truncate tables in my seed? Is good practice?
