@drehimself

Ill look into the nginx configuration to see if I can find what is causing this... if I do, I will write it down here so you can if it as well :)

Thanks!

@Cronix

Currently I am running just the standard valet installation.

Opening http://mysite.dev/test.html works Opening http://mysite.dev/test.php gives the NotFoundHttpException

Thanks for trying it out btw!

Anyone knows if this is still possible? I have created public/test.php but when I open it up I am getting a 404 not found error...

Are you able to select multiple images for insertion in one go with this package? Or can you "only" select one image at a time? Thanks in advance!

Interesting @leon13! What made you go for this package instead of Passport?

After a couple of hours searching I found the problem... for one reason or the other the whole User model was completely messed up.

Cleaning it up and matching it with the new version fixed the error :)

Hi all,

I upgraded an app from 5.2 to 5.3 and now receiving this error when trying to reset a password:

BadMethodCallException in Builder.php line 2431: Call to undefined method Illuminate\Database\Query\Builder::notify()

Any ideas on how to solve this one?

Thanks in advance!

markvdputten started a new conversation Socialite - Catching Guzzle ClientException • 2 years ago

Hi all,

Would anyone have an idea how to catch a Socialite / Guzzle 400 ClientException? My code currently looks like this, but it the catch part does not seem to take effect:

''' try { $user = Socialite::driver('facebook')->user(); } catch (GuzzleHttp\Exception\ClientException $e) { dd('Here'); } dd( $user ); ''' I am just stuck in the normal error screen reporting the error to me.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

@bestmomo had another look and it was wrong in my mind... it looks like it stayed as it was. My bet!

Indeed! Thanks @bestmomo really appreciate the detailed answer and it seems to fix the problems.

When loading in the latest dev copy of L5 though the CSRF implementation seem to have switched around again to be non default, a better approach if you asked my personal opinion.

Hi all,

I have found plenty of solutions on how to rip the CSRF Middleware out of L5 alltogether... but what im wondering is if there would be an option to just exclude certain routes from the CSRF Middleware.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks!
