beka left a reply on Displaying Errors With Login And Register On Same Page

@MTHOMAS - Thanks again. In the end I'll do something similar as you suggested in your first reply and create a Javascript authentication for each form. If someone goes around that JS authentication, they will get errors on both forms and discover how terrible Laravel developer I am :)

beka left a reply on Displaying Errors With Login And Register On Same Page

@MTHOMAS - Thanks for the reply, but I don't have freedom to change how the page looks or behaves.

I need to have both login and register visible at the same time and find the most practical way to display an error message for the correct form and input.

beka started a new conversation Displaying Errors With Login And Register On Same Page

I am trying to figure out Named Error Bags for default Laravel auth.

I have login and register form on the same page with same input names (email, password...) and when I get error for register password error message will appear for both register and login inputs. I want error to show only for register if I type in register form and same for the login.

What is the easiest way to solve this? Named Error Bags or it would be easier to change input names (loginEmail, registerEmail) and tweak auth?

Thanks.
