Dexterr left a reply on How To Redirect User From Controller To View Of Another Controller

@rin4ik sorry, i did explain earlier when to use foreach and whatnot, but i didnt see his new updated answers. Still learning my way around discussions here.

@hidayat3676

  1. Route

Route::get('post', '[email protected]');

2.Controller

$data = DB::table('users')->where('email', $email)->first();

Where are you getting this $email from?

Dexterr left a reply on How To Redirect User From Controller To View Of Another Controller

"data contains one row of the table"

In your Controller,

you need to

return view('example')->with('data' , $data);

the 'data' is your variable that you need to use in your view to retrieve it,

so

@foreach($data as $user) {{$user->name}} , {{$user->surname}} @endforeach

Dexterr left a reply on How To Redirect User From Controller To View Of Another Controller

@hidayat3676 you are making a bit difficult to help you with your problem, if you want to speed up the process, show us your:

  1. Route , which you have created in /routes/web.php directory
  2. Controller, which handles the passing of data
  3. Your second view where you want to view the data, how are you trying to retrieve it

with these 3 informations i am sure we will be able to let you know what is going wrong with your code :)

Ps.

@foreach($data as $user) {{$user}} @endforeach

is used for Collections of data, so if your $data, has a name,email,address for example, you can use @foreach, if your data has only 1 attribute, or is just a name you need, you can just do {{ $data }}

Dexterr left a reply on How Can Data Be Passed From One View To Another View

"how can i passed two variables in this url to another view"

<a href="{{route('user.posts', ['variableOne' => 1 , 'variableTwo' => 2)}}">Send two vars</a>

in your Route file, user.posts

needs to have two variables in the get request aswell,

so something along the lines of

Route::get('{variableOne}-{variableTwo}-posts', [

/* your controller stuff and names */

]);

Dexterr left a reply on Laravel5.5 Redirect Back() Not Working

If you could provide more details about your Route, and Controller that you are using i might be able to help out :)

@Kaustubh if im not mistaken, you are trying to pluck a column named Quantity from your CmpProduct model but you did not create the column under the $fillables var in your CmpProduct model, if you wanna join two tables,they need to have same columns aswell.

if Table1.quantity wants to join with Table2, then Table2 has to have a Table2.quantity column name.

Try adding a 'quantity' attribute to your CmpProduct model under $fillables
